Consultation to define your fitness goals is essential. Whether you want to get in shape, prepare for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, or a full marathon, personal training can help you achieve these milestones. Additionally, if you're looking to lose weight, our tailored nutrition plan, along with health tips, will guide you on your journey. For those interested, we also offer guidance to 'veganize' your meals, and you can join our group workouts to stay motivated and engaged!

Personal Training with nutrition/diet plan

“Burn the candle from both ends” with our group workouts that feature weekly updated workout plans. Enjoy 2 personal training sessions per week in person, along with feedback and a summary after each week. Our nutrition plan includes meal suggestions, recipes, and shopping list ideas, as well as restaurant suggestions in and around the GTA. Plus, expand your health network with valuable advice from experienced athletes.

Group Workouts

Join our group workouts with a maximum of 8 people per session for an effective whole body workout. Our sessions are endurance-oriented and designed to fit the needs of every group member. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive nutrition plan that includes meal suggestions, recipes, and shopping list ideas. We also offer restaurant recommendations in and around the GTA to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Lastly, expand your health network with valuable advice from experienced athletes during your personal training.
