Vegan Running Values

After transferring from soccer due to injuries, I discovered a new passion for running and endurance sport. This shift sparked a significant interest in fitness nutrition, focusing on healthy eating rather than traditional GYM workouts. Our motto is, 'Want to change (burning mode), the gym won't do it for you.' I believe that the time spent commuting to and from the gym can be better utilized by starting workouts right at my doorstep; hence, I never found a GYM necessary for success. For my vegan running regimen, I rely on TRX, bar parks, and bodyweight exercises, combined with outdoor running.

Approach

Burn the candle from both ends (DIET & ENDURANCE SPORT/PERFORMANCE/FITNESS) DIET: Feed your body and mind with the best fitness nutrition possible, especially if you're into vegan running. ENDURANCE SPORT/PERFORMANCE/FITNESS: HARD, SMART & CONSISTENT.
