While following a vegan lifestyle is not a necessity, a well-balanced and healthy diet—potentially a plant-based diet—is essential for achieving a high-performing body and mind. VR LOVES to inspire, encourage, and help people become more mindful of a healthy routine.

It all began after an injury ended my soccer career, and I sought a way to stay active. A running book that helped me prepare for my first Marathon suggested a “healthy running diet,” which transformed me into a “healthy runner” long ago. With a focus on whole grains, no pork, minimal sugar, and more fresh veggies and cereals, I started to build my knowledge and experience with both running and healthy food.
