Vegan Running & Fitness

Running has always been our passion. But can you perform well on a plant-based diet? Absolutely! VR completed the first 100% VEGAN Marathon (42.2k), which is animal-friendly and FULL OF ENERGY, to qualify for Boston.


While following a vegan lifestyle is not a necessity, a well-balanced and healthy diet—potentially a plant-based diet—is essential for achieving a high-performing body and mind. VR LOVES to inspire, encourage, and help people become more mindful of a healthy routine.


Join us in building and expanding a vibrant running community focused on vegan principles. Exchange experiences and ideas, receive assistance to start your vegan running journey, and work together as a TEAM to support one another, represent our values, and be awesome! Bring in your personal LOVE & MOTIVATION, whether it’s for BLM, PRIDE, a lost soul, or simply to prove to yourself that LOVE is MOTIVATION.


It all began after an injury ended my soccer career, and I sought a way to stay active. A running book that helped me prepare for my first Marathon suggested a “healthy running diet,” which transformed me into a “healthy runner” long ago. With a focus on whole grains, no pork, minimal sugar, and more fresh veggies and cereals, I started to build my knowledge and experience with both running and healthy food.

One on one consultation (establish status quo and goals) Personal training (in Toronto/GTA in Person – training plans for remote/online guidance) Complete body workouts without weights, TRX based and free from any GYM membership – save your monthly fees and feel the Nature! 😊 Additionally, we promote a plant-based diet with grocery recommendations and recipes to enhance your health journey. The idea of living a healthier life is something we all strive for. However, with the daily stress of work, family, and friends, it can be challenging to incorporate a plant-based diet and remain active within a running community. The key is to plan everything out and seamlessly integrate these healthy habits, like preparing for a vegan marathon, into our routines and daily life.
